We finally have internet again, so we are trying to catch up on our blog posts. We are currently in Fairbanks, Alaska, but this post will pick up where we left off back in May.
After leaving the desert like Canadian Badlands, our next stop was the Canadian Rockies - 2 nights in Banff National Park, 1 night in Yoho National Park (which borders Banff NP, but is actually in British Columbia rather than Alberta), 2 nights in Lake Louise (also in Banff NP), and 2 nights in Jasper National Park. Between Lake Louise and Jasper, we drove the Icefields Parkway - considered one of the top scenic drives in North America (we agree!) The scenery is spectacular and for the most part we’ve had good weather.

ReplyDeleteWe are already kinda of rushing the last of Alaska so we can see more of Canada. And now I have to add Yoho National Park! Thanks. I didn't know about the cave, so I need to add a day in Banff. There is entirely too much to see and do. Your pictures make every place a must visit site.
