Our final itinerary ended up being: 5 nights in Paris; 6 nights on the Original Gravity Tour in Germany (3 nights in Munich, 3 nights in Bamberg); 10 nights in the Netherlands (5 nights in Amsterdam, 5 nights in Delft); 15 nights in Belgium (5 nights in Brugge, 5 nights in Antwerp, 5 nights in Ghent); and a final night in Paris before flying home to Boston. We relied on public transportation rather than renting a car so we limited ourselves to a single backpack each. It was a wonderful way to travel.

We had a wonderful trip but as always we were glad to get home. Especially as this time we had something special to look forward to. The day after we returned, we went to pick up the newest member of our family - Ena vom team Panoniansee, sometimes known as 'Lady Ena Underfoot', but mostly just Ena. A great welcome home gift!
If you want to look at additional pictures of our trip, you can check out Brett's Flickr album here.
